1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to purchasing customers legally residing in the USA. Employees and immediate family members of Nature Republic are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins and ends on Saturday, November 2-3, 2024 from 12:00pm (Saturday) to 9:00pm (Sunday) PST.

3. Entry Method: This giveaway is open to individuals who are purchasing customers at the Nature Republic store located in Irvine Spectrum Center on November 2-3, 2024.Only one entry is allowed per person. Participants must provide a valid receipt number from the Nature Republic, Irvine Spectrum Center store as proof of purchase. Participants must be following @naturerepublic_oc on Instagram. Entry questions must be filled out in their entirety.

4. Prize Details: The prize for this giveaway $50 store gift certificate. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of Nature Republic.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: 5 Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winners will be notified by Instagram after the giveaway ends. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be chosen. Winners need to redeem their prize at Nature Republic, Irvine Spectrum Center at merchandise value with 6 months. Expires May 31, 2025.

6. Publicity: By participating in this giveaway, participants grant Nature Republic permission to use their name, photo, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
