Shipping policy
Shipping Zone
We are currently only shipping to the United States and U.S. territories via USPS and/or UPS.
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped from California and processed within an average of 3-4 business days. Order cutoff time is 10:00 AM PST, Monday - Friday.
During times of high order volume, shipments may experience a slight delay. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. Please note that selecting expedited shipping only affects delivery speed and does not expedite the order processing time. For more details, please refer to this policy's 'Estimated Delivery Time' section.
USPS may experience shipment delays. Kindly allow additional days for tracking updates and delivery. Nature Republic Irvine Spectrum has no control over transit times or delivery and is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend adding InsureShield shipping insurance to all orders to protect your order against damage, loss, and porch-pirate theft.
If you experience any shipping issues with your order, you may contact USPS directly and file a claim with them.
Pick up orders
Pickup orders are held for 30 days. Orders not picked up within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup date will be canceled and refunded.
Estimated delivery time
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days + processing time (3-4 business days)
USPS First Class Mail: 1-3 business days + processing time (3-4 business days)
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days + processing time (3-4 business days)
USPS Parcel Select Ground: 2-8 business days + processing time (3-4 business days)
In-Store Pickup: usually ready in 1 business day

InsureShield Shipping Insurance
Nature Republic Irvine Spectrum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend adding InsureShield shipping insurance to all orders to protect your order against damage, loss, and porch-pirate theft.
Please note that you need to turn the InsureShield toggle "on" at cart and pay a small fee for the insurance in order to get your order covered.

Damage Claim Reporting
Email a list of damaged item(s) and photos to hello@naturerepublicspectrum.com
PHOTOS NEEDED:
During the photo documentation process, seven different photos will be requested:
- A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging material used
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (generally starts with 1Z)
- A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
- Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
- Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length and width will also be needed.
