Refund policy

We are currently not accepting returns. All purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once they have been shipped.

Shipping fees cannot be refunded for orders that are not successfully delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please carefully review and confirm your delivery address before completing checkout.

Damage Claim Reporting

Email a list of damaged item(s) and photos to hello@naturerepublicspectrum.com

PHOTOS NEEDED:

During the photo documentation process, seven different photos will be requested:

  • A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging material used
  • A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (generally starts with 1Z)
  • A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
  • Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)
  • Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length and width will also be needed.

Returned to Sender Due to Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the failed delivery or any associated shipping costs.

Once the returned package is received and processed by us, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs have already been incurred to ship the order.

If you would like the order shipped again, a new order must be placed.
