12 Mood Plumping is designed to be applied over other lip products to change the color of the other. Its black gloss tones down the color to create the mood you want. The plumping properties give a temporary cooling sensation that adds volume to the lips.
How to use: It is a click-pen type, and the lipstick comes out when you press the end button. Once the lipstick comes up, it does not go back in. It is a melting gel-type texture, so only a small amount would be enough.
